Detailed information regarding your selected room type is available both on our official website and within our booking engine. Please note that the hotel cannot be held liable for any misunderstandings arising from a failure to review these details.
Payment & Cancellation policies
Rate Information:
Rates are in euro (€) and include vat and local tax.
"Climate resilience tax " 2€ / day not included.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card before your arrival.
Payment-Policy:

A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay will be charged to the provided credit card 35 days prior to arrival. The remaining 50% balance will be settled during your stay or upon checkout.

In the event of a cancellation penalty charge, your credit card will be processed according to the terms of the cancellation policy, regardless of whether the physical card or cardholder is present.

All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT and local tax. Please note that the Climate Resilience Tax of €2.00 per day is not included in the rate and will be charged separately.
Cancellation Policy:
Free Cancellation (30+ Days Prior): Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full deposit refund.
Deposit Forfeiture (29–15 Days Prior): Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date are non-refundable, and the 50% deposit will be retained.
Full Charge (14 Days or Fewer): The full value (100%) of the reservation will be charged in the event of:

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to arrival.

No-shows on the scheduled arrival date.

Early departures prior to the scheduled checkout date.

Reductions in the length of stay made within 21 days of arrival.

Due to our "petit" size and boutique philosophy, our hotel accommodates only one group booking at a time to ensure privacy and tranquility for all guests. We welcome groups of up to six guests in three double rooms.

To uphold this exclusivity, we reserve the right to cancel any overlapping reservations for the same dates.
Superior Room Assignment Guidelines:
The outdoor lounge area for rooms 11 and 12 is designated for the private use of registered guests residing in these rooms only. Outside visitors are not permitted in this space. For Superior Room bookings, please understand that while we make every effort to honor preferences, specific room assignments among the three available rooms cannot be guaranteed
